Pursuant to Article 13 of Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) of April 27, 2016. (Dz. Urz. UE.L2016.119.1) we inform that:
- The administrator of your personal data is PHU Spurek Sp. z o.o.
- The Administrator has appointed a Data Protection Officer who can be contacted by email: biuro@spurek.pl.
- Your personal data shall be processed for:
– the necessary and proper performance of a contract/service of a commercial nature, including taking action prior to the conclusion of a contract/acceptance of an order at the request of the data subject; /the data provided will be processed on the basis of Article 6(1)(b), and in accordance with the contents of the General Data Protection Regulation of April 27, 2016/;
– performing activities required by applicable legal and administrative regulations; /the data provided will be processed on the basis of Article 6(1)(c) and in accordance with the contents of the General Data Protection Regulation/; - Recipients of your personal data will be only entities entitled to obtain personal data under the law and entities participating in the implementation of the service;
- Your personal data will be processed until you object to its processing and, if you object, for the period of the statute of limitations for claims to which the data subject may be entitled; personal data will be retained for a period of time in accordance with the law and contractual obligations and in connection with the implementation of archiving obligations;
- You have the right to request from the controller access to your personal data, rectification, erasure or restriction of processing or revocation of previously granted consent, and the right to data portability to object to such processing;
- You have the right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority;
- Provision of personal data is voluntary, however, failure to provide data will result in the inability to participate in the process of service delivery;
- Personal data will not be processed by automated means in the form of profiling.
